AESB'S TEST RIG |
Built and calibrated by a certified inspection and testing laboratory in the United States of America in 1983, the RIG is designed to conduct test for air infiltration, water tightness and structural intergrity of the architectural systems. |

AESB's Test Rig provides the opportunity for builders, architects and specitiers alike to witness the performance standards of their innovatively designed systems under simulated weather conditions. |

THE TEST CHAMBER |
The Rig comprises a steel suction box or chamber measuring 9.10 m high x 4.60 m wide x 1.05 m deep. It is provided byt a 30 HP air blower capable of generating a static pressure of more than 1.0 m deep of water column at an air flow of 2600 cycles per minute. |

The blower could be operated to generate positive and nefative static pressures respectively up to a maximum value of 7300 Pascal or 150lbs / sq.ft. either way |
